What are typical terms for investing in a restaurant?
Q. My friend has opened a successful nightclub and is now gathering money to buy and transform a restaurant. He has asked me if I'd like to invest. Where can I start to figure out what percentage of the net profits I should receive for my money? Is there a standard way of thinking about this?

How do you prepare the chocolate for a chocolate fountain?
Q. It is the last week of school, and my home room decided to have a chocolate fondue party-complete with a fountain and lots of food to dip with. Do you have to buy the fancy and super expensive blocks of chocolate or can you just buy lots of bags of chocolate chips and melt them? And I heard if I do that I have to add oil. How do I do that? And how much oil do I add to the mixture? Please help.
