A. You can change your name that shows up on the from line---but you can't change your address. Change your name on the "from line" setting. Mail page>>options (top right)>>mail options>>and the "general" page opens. Near the top of that page---erase the name that shows on the From line and type in something else---a nickname or an alias---or whatever suits you---then click "save" changes at the top of page. Just in case you're using the "New Mail". Mail page>>options>>mail options>>accounts (side panel)>>add/edit an account>>Yahoo mail (side panel)>>edit>>general preferences---and change it and save it.

Does Alis Grave Nil actually mean "Nothing is heavy to those who have wings" ?

A. i suggest you to use "nihil", instead of "nil". the complete, literal translation is "quibus alas habent, nihil grave est", but romans didn't say it but the other answerer is right, latin uses always as few words as possible so, IMO: "alis grave nihil" is the best translation
