The terms 'real estate' and 'real property' are used primarily in common law, while civil law jurisdictions refer instead to immovable property. However, in some situations the term 'real estate' refers to the land and fixtures thereon together, as distinguished from 'real property', referring to the ownership of land and its appurtenances, including anything of a permanent nature such as structures, trees, minerals, and the interest, benefits, and inherent rights thereof. Q. I been posting this Poem for the last 2 years when the Christmas Season comes. Makes a lot of sense & an example of the need to take a stand. Here it is.-> Twas the month before Christmas When all through our land, Not a Christian was praying Nor taking a stand. See the PC Police had taken away The reason for Christmas -- no one could say. The children were told by their schools not to sing, About shepherds and wise men and angels and things. It might hurt people's feelings, the teachers would say -- December 25th is just a "holiday." Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit, Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!
